Considering the Wind turbines in Manitoba are owned by a private company, it has to be asked why Private companies do not want to invest more in Wind , in Manitoba ? We have the wind.

And what ever happened to the wind turbine that was going to go up at the forks ? That will bring more tourists than any Human Rights museum .
